My name is Nico Fibbioli (Nico Grind*), born in 1982 in Switzerland. Art and various oriental cultures have always been a special world for me, full of inspiration and magic. I approached the tattoo world at the age of 18, initially only as a client, then slowly the certainty of wanting to embark on a deeper and more professional path grew in me. 

 

I started my career as a tattoo artist in 2008. I try to integrate my interest in the various cultures that I am passionate about, in my tattoos. Over the years I have had the chance to travel a lot in Asia from Tibet to India, Japan, Nepal, Mongolia etc. I am always trying to absorb the visual and artistic imagery that is so powerful and fascinating for me. 

 

In 2017 I opened my tattoo shop in Bellinzona. I immediately created working collaborations with high-level artists from all over the world. For me, the studio must be a creative environment, one of sharing, friendship, professionalism and dedication. I carry on this vision and my values. The studio awaits you to offer you a unique and positive experience.

 

*Since I was a child, music has been and remains a fundamental part of my life, ranging in any musical genre, geographical location and time. The name Nico Grind is part of this path related to music. For a certain period I was deeply fascinated in and a fan of Grindcore music. Since then, several friends started calling me by this nickname, and so it remained. This is also to remind me that life is made up of passages and evolutions.
